Policy Commitment
To realize the vision of "Zero Occupational Accidents," the Group has established an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management system in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act. A dedicated committee, chaired by the General Manager, is responsible for overseeing system operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Safety culture has been fully integrated into all hotel operations and extended throughout the supply chain, working with partners to strengthen risk prevention and accident mitigation capabilities. This demonstrates the Group's commitment to achieving the United Nations SDGs on health and well-being and decent work.

Education, Training, and Emergency Response Management
A cross-departmental OSH committee has been established to coordinate safety management, conducting fire evacuation, first aid, and other training and drills to enhance employees' emergency response capabilities and disaster awareness. -
Occupational Environment and Employee Health
Workplace environment monitoring and health checks are implemented, with attention to the needs of maternal and middle- to senior-aged employees. Flexible working hours and job adjustments are provided to create a healthy workplace where all employees participate and risks are controllable.

Stakeholder Engagement

Occupational Safety and Health Policy
Silks Hotel Group has established a management mechanism in accordance with the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard, tailored to operational needs and continuously adjusted in line with legal requirements to enable autonomous management and continuous improvement. Education, Training, and Emergency Response Management
To ensure all employees are familiar with emergency response procedures and safety operating standards, a series of training programs and disaster drills have been designed to enhance the emergency response capabilities of staff across departments. These trainings include not only theoretical learning but also practical exercises, such as fire evacuation, emergency egress, and basic first aid.
The core purpose of all drills is to familiarize employees with emergency response procedures and safety protocols. The hotel has also established an Emergency Response Team, led personally by the General Manager, to respond promptly at the onset of incidents, prioritizing personnel safety and effectively minimizing potential losses from fires or other disasters.

職業環境與員工健康
本集團依《職業安全衛生作業環境監測實施辦法》定期進行作業環境監測,涵蓋高溫、噪音、二氧化碳等指標,並強化安全衛生宣導。對異常數值即時研商並改善,監測報告除公告外亦存查備查,確保員工於健康安全環境中工作。
晶華國際酒店集團為確保化學品安全使用與環境風險控管,本集團制定《化學產品管理SOP》,涵蓋多部門共68項化學品,皆備有SDS供查閱。並定期辦理教育訓練,提升員工使用認知與應變能力。針對液體洩漏風險,設有專責SOP,由工程部定期檢討更新,洩漏事件可即時處置並通報,確保環境與人員安全。
本集團致力打造關懷員工身心健康的職場,提供從入職體檢到定期健檢的完整服務,針對高風險職務與夜班人員加強健康監測,並安排護理師追蹤高風險個案。另設醫務室,駐有醫師與護理師,提供健康教育與緊急醫療支援。集團亦依評估結果調整工作安排,特別照護孕婦與中高齡員工,落實健康職場願景。
透過職安會定期檢討健康保護計畫,針對未達標項目提出改善對策,強化勞資健康共識。執行重點包括:滾動調整計畫並公告、關懷母性保護個案、落實工時與休假管理、依職務提供健康措施、實施復工機制與復健輔導、保存職場醫師服務紀錄。另配合勞動部推動中高齡職務再設計,改善工作環境、降低職災風險,提升勞工就業穩定與福祉。
不法侵害
本集團致力於打造安全、尊重與公平的職場環境,積極防範並妥善處理各類職場不法侵害事件,包括性騷擾、語言暴力、歧視及精神壓迫等。我們依據《職業安全衛生法》制定「執行職務遭受不法侵害預防計畫」,並強化員工通報管道與處理流程,全面保障受害人與通報者的隱私與權益,嚴禁任何形式的報復行為。
為協助中高齡勞工降低因工作因素導致的職災風險與健康損害,並提升其就業穩定性,本集團配合勞動部職務再設計中心,推動「中高齡職務再設計補助計畫」,藉由購置提升工作效能與安全性的輔具及優化工作流程,全面改善職場環境,達成職災預防與勞工福祉雙重目標。
