The Company refers to international human rights conventions, relevant guidelines, and human rights due diligence reports from benchmark enterprises. After consolidating relevant human rights risk issues, potential human rights risks within the value chain are assessed and incorporated into the human rights risk assessment process. This year, an internal human rights risk assessment for employees was conducted through an online questionnaire.

In supply chain management, we require partners to sign human rights clauses and conduct regular audits to prevent illegal labor, jointly building a responsible and sustainable green value chain.

Silks Hotel Group regularly reviews the implementation of human rights policies and continuously improves them in accordance with the latest regulations and best practices. Through surveys, data analysis, and attention to social issues, the Group assesses potential human rights risks in operations and the value chain, and develops mitigation measures while continuously monitoring improvements. In 2024, a total of 5,099 participants received human rights protection training, totaling 9,432 training hours, ensuring that all stakeholders are properly safeguarded and fulfilling the Group's commitment to sustainable development.
Employee Communication and Grievance Mechanisms
Silks Hotel Group respects employees' freedom of association and provides multiple communication and grievance channels, including labor-management meetings, general staff meetings, and a sexual harassment prevention hotline. All complaints are handled promptly by dedicated personnel to ensure confidentiality and fairness, promoting harmonious labor-management relations.
